Lake Kel-Suu is one of the most mysterious and inaccessible places in Kyrgyzstan. Hidden among rugged cliffs near the border with China, this high-altitude lake looks as if it's forgotten on the map.
Turquoise water, vertical cliffs up to 200 meters high, and absolute silence create the feeling of being in another world. Due to its remoteness and difficult access, only the most inquisitive travelers reach it—which is why Kel-Suu remains one of the most unique and untouched places in Central Asia.

Day 1: → Bishkek → Burana → Naryn Mountains
9:30 AM Stop at the Burana Tower historical complex
Here you'll see an ancient 11th-century minaret—one of Kyrgyzstan's most famous historical sites—and the remains of the ancient city of Balasagun. A short walk and time for photos.
11:00 AM Continue your journey
1:30 PM Lunch in Naryn
3:00 PM Drive towards the Kok-Kiya Valley
6:00 PM Arrival at the yurt camp
7:00 PM Dinner
Night in yurts under the starry sky. The yurts are heated.
Day 2: Lake Kel-Suu
8:00 AM After breakfast, we head to Lake Kel-Suu.
You can hire horses or walk.
8:30 AM Start of the hike to the lake. The average trek is 7 km, with an elevation gain of 200-300 meters.
11:00 AM Arrival at the lake

  • Walk along the canyon
  • Photos
  • Relax by the lake
  • Boat ride on the lake and hike to the caves.
3:00 PM Turn around for camp.
5:30 PM Return to the yurt camp
7:00 PM Dinner, free time.
Day 3: Kel Suu → Bishkek
8:00 AM Breakfast. After breakfast, we depart for Naryn.
9:00 AM Departure from the lake.
11:30 AM Photo stop at the canyons. Short walk to the waterfall.
1:30 PM Lunch in Naryn.
2:30 PM Departure to Bishkek.
6:00 PM Arrival in Bishkek.
